My name is Samantha Kohn, and this is my digital portfolio for the work I completed in my ENGL 210 class during Spring 2022 Semester at CCNY.

Included in this digital portfolio is my assignments I completed during this course being my: Letter of Introduction, Lab Report Analysis, Technical Description, Engineering Proposal, and my Self-Assessment Essay.

The Letter of Introduction was where I wrote a professional letter to my professor about my life, experiences, achievements, and my talents. The Lab Report Analysis was an assignment where we had to find two lab reports on the CCNY Library Database, annotate them, and compare and contrast the elements explained in the textbook. For The Technical Description we had to choose a technological item, take it apart by each component, and explain in detail its purpose and the parts and subparts of the item. I chose the carburetor on my 1995 Suzuki Savage LS650 and took apart every component by hand and I took all the pictures of each component and used it in my technical description. The Engineering Proposal and Presentation was a group project where we had to invent an item and collaboratively write a proposal and present it to the class. The last assignment I did was my Self-Assessment Essay. For this assignment I wrote about the development of my writing and how well I achieved the goals of the course.
